Cancellations, Reclamations and Returns

If you schedule an appointment with us, please let us know 48 hours in advance if you become aware of situation that will not allow you to be able to keep your appointment.

If you are either not able to cancel 48 hours in advance, it is not an absolute unforeseeable emergency, or you can not keep the appointment without communication, please notice that we will have to charge you a $99 no-show fee because we have reserved a minimum of 1-2 hours for you and are not able to fill that time last minute. This no-show fee can be factored into a new appointment if booked within 30 days. We are trying to be really fair with you.

Please also make sure that you are getting emails and reminders from Charm, our electronic health record after signing up or after we sign you up over the phone and let us know if you are not receiving any messages within 2 days of signing up.

Unfortunately, we can not offer any returns for any services provided by us. You may return unopened supplements or unused lab tests within 14 days, but we can not accept any returns on services rendered. Since we do not sell or push anything in our communication with you, you have completed freedom of choice and should not be in the situation to having to return anything.

If you decide to purchase a follow-up plan including several session to take advantage of our discounts, we expect you to be able to commit to those sessions and do not offer returns on unrendered services, if they are part of a plan, while still allowing you to take advantage of them within a year from purchase date. The same is true for subscriptions.
