Cancellations, Reclamations and Returns

If you schedule an appointment with us, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you become aware of situation that will not allow you to be able to keep your appointment.

Please also make sure that you are getting emails and reminders from Charm, our electronic health record after signing up or after we sign you up over the phone and let us know if you are not receiving any messages within latest 3 days of signing up.

Unfortunately, we can not offer any returns for any services provided by us. That includes plans any booked. You may return unopened supplements or unused lab tests within 14 days, but we can not accept any returns on services rendered. Since we do not force or push anything in our office, you have completed freedom of choice and should not be in the situation of having to return anything.

If you decide to purchase a plan including multiple session to take advantage of our discounts, we expect you to be able to commit to those sessions and do not offer returns on unrendered services, if they are part of a plan, while still allowing you to take advantage of them within a year from purchase date. The same is true for concierge subscriptions..
